Place your order before 5:00 PM? Then your purchase will be on your doorstep the next day! We always offer free shipping and ship with PostNL, DHL, or GLS.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unexpectedly not completely satisfied with your purchase, don't worry! We have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide to return or exchange your order, please contact us at customer service@tiny-thinkers.nl. We will then send you our return form so you can easily start the process. This way, we make returning just as hassle-free as ordering.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged for a return.

1. The customer has 30 days to revoke the order (report a return). 
2. After this notification, the customer has another 7 days to actually return it.
3. The refund should take place within 14 days after the return notification.
