What about the safety of your toys?
All our toys comply with the European standard EN71 and carry the CE mark. Want to see the certificates in black and white? We will gladly send them to you. Send an email to klantenservice@tiny-thinkers.nl and we will arrange it for you.
How fast do you deliver my order?
That depends on the country you are in. In the Netherlands, if you order on time, your order will be delivered the next working day. For other countries, delivery times vary from 1 to 4 working days.

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Yes, you can. All products have a standard return period of 30 days. For certain product categories, we even offer an extended return period of 100 days. Whether this applies to your product can be found on the product page and in your confirmation email.
Want to register a return? Send an email to info@tiny-thinkers.nl with your order number and what you want to return. We will send you a return label and clear instructions.
Are your products suitable for all ages?
Our collection is designed with different age groups in mind. On every product page, you will find the recommended age, so you always find the perfect match for your child.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. All our packages are shipped from our warehouse in Amersfoort, and we choose the carrier per order that delivers your package to you the fastest.

Do you also ship B2B orders?
Yes, we do. We work with schools, daycare centers, companies, and other organizations. Check our page for organizations for all the details about bulk orders, pricing agreements, and options. There you will find everything you need to make a request.
Where do your products come from?
Our products are made in China, and we are open about that. We know there can sometimes be a negative perception, but those who look further see that most of the knowledge and experience to make high-quality toys is actually there.
Our manufacturer is a specialist who has been doing nothing but developing safe toys in a fair and responsible way for years. We only work with partners who meet the strictest European safety standards.
We also think carefully about transport. We ship everything in bulk, smartly and efficiently, to avoid unnecessary emissions and keep our impact as small as possible.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
It’s unfortunate if that happens, but we will fix it quickly. Contact us directly via info@tiny-thinkers.nl and let us know what’s going on. Preferably with a photo, so we can handle it immediately and make sure it’s resolved as quickly as possible.
How can I file a complaint?
We think it’s important that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you happen to have a complaint, please contact us via info@tiny-thinkers.nl. We take your complaint seriously and will work together to find a suitable solution.
